Plank Construction Services worked with West Point Military Academy to construct a new 65,000 SF maintenance facility. The new facility consisted of four buildings: a 43,00 SF maintenance building, a 13,000 SF administrative building, a 3,600 SF water waste treatment building, and a 5,000 SF vehicle wash building. All four buildings were constructed with pre-engineered metal, metal roofs and wall systems. Each building was required to be constructed simultaneously, at an extremely quick pace and with very strict safety policies and procedures in place. Plank exceeded all of West Points’ requirements and completed the entire project in five months.
