Griffin Greenhouse & Nursery Supplies needed to expand their operation in the Capital Region and Plank Construction Services was given the opportunity to provide design build services for their new distribution and retail center. The new 27,000 SF center included a retail shop, corporate offices, a 30′ high warehouse with a storage mezzanine, and an explosion proof room. The project was completed in five months.
