A pre-engineered metal design building with insulated wall paneling. This building was designed with future allowance of a three-tenant occupancy in mind; one of which contains an office with open beams giving the space a very industrial feel. The site was designed with the future expansion of the building for the client and the development design shares stormwater with the adjacent site.
