As Plank continues to expand our reach across the Northeast, we welcome aboard three new team members.

Dominic A. Lostritto, graduate of Hudson Valley Community College, brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry.  Within those 25 years, he has concentrated in the areas of Project Development, Preliminary Design, and Cost Estimating.  Using his knowledge and abilities, he will work at expanding the companies Design/Build and Development project base.

Jennifer Douglass, graduate of the University at Albany, joins our team as the new Assistant Property Manager and Assistant to the Marketing and Sales Department.  As a young professional, she hopes to lay a foundation, and build a career with one of Schenectady’s prominent construction and development company’s and has already begun to meet our challenges.  

Bernie Huss, graduate of SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry joins Plank LLC.  With over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry, Bernie is knowledgeable in a wide range of project types.  Having worked as a Construction Manager, Architect’s Representative, and General Contractor, Bernie provides a comprehensive perspective and an extensive background as our new Director of Construction Safety and has his LEED Certification; making him a well-rounded asset of the Plank, LLC Team.
